FEES & PAYMENT


Fees
The fee for the regular two week dolphin assisted therapy program amounts to US$ 6985,- for 2009 and 2010.

Payment & Fees
Of the total fee of US$ 6985,- an amount of US$ 250,- is due within two weeks after the reservation has been confirmed in writing (by fax or e-mail) by CDTC.
 
The remaining amount of US$ 6735,- must be received no later than 90 days prior to the first therapy day. All additional bank charges owed on the transfers are for the account of the Principal (the sender).

Cancellation or change of reservation
Cancellation of a confirmed reservation can only be done in writing (by fax to CDTC).
 
In case of cancellation US$ 250,- (the downpayment) will be charged for made administration costs as will any costs already invoiced for the medical screening (as far as a external physician was brought in).
A confirmed reservation can be cancelled no later than 90 days prior to the reserved first therapy day. 
 
Cancellations less than 90 days prior to the therapy date are only possible on medical grounds (the cancellation has to be accompanied by a physician statement), in all other cases the already received payments will expire.
